We encourage you to provide your name and contact information when you raise your concerns, so that we can get in touch with you for more information to conduct comprehensive investigation, if necessary. Nevertheless, any anonymous inquiry or report which is raised with valid evidences will be handled discreetly. SY promises that all information of the whistleblower’s identity and/or the suspicious issues will be kept strictly confidentiality, and update of the investigation will be provided in a timely manner. Meanwhile, we will ensure all investigations are conducted in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
SY will not tolerate any identity disclosure of or retribution/retaliation taken against any whistleblower and/or any person who has provided information or otherwise assisted in an investigation or proceeding.
